Pizza is 7/10. What can you really expect from a fast food pizza chain? But that being said, if you are in the area. It’s probably one of the better places to eat

I recently visited this particular location.. I met with an old acquaintance for a quick bite. The cleanliness of the location was excellent. Due to COVID, the guidelines were in full effect and were being used, accordingly. The service I received from Shane was exceptional! From start to finish!! From explaining the menu items, to making delicious pizza! Even when purchasing my food, I was asked if I’d like to purchase any additional items to make my meal, ever more enjoyable! (I couldn’t refuse, because the service I just received, was beyond excellent)! I loved the atmosphere and the food! I will be returning in the future! Thanks for all you do! Especially during this difficult time! Stay safe!

I love it! I love it! I love it!! The pizza is super delish and the girls that work there are always helpful and upbeat!!

I WISH I COULD GIVE -100 STARS RIGHT NOW. SO EXTREMELY SAD TO SEE HOW CARELESS A RESTAURANT IS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I ORDERED 4 PIZZAS ONE WHOLE HOUR BEFORE THE STORE CLOSED. I CALLED THE STORE TO CHECK ON THE STATUS, AND WAS TOLD THAT MY FOOD WAS READY, THAT THEY DON’T DELIVER!!!! AFTER I PLACED AN ORDER ON THE BLAZE PIZZA APP FOR DELIVERY!!! SHE SAID SHE DID NOT HAVE THAT SERVICE AND WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MY DELIVERY ORDER. AFTER 2+ HOURS OF WAITING FOR MY ICE COLD PIZZA, I CALLED BACK ONLY TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOW CLOSED AND THAT I WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW TO EAT MY FOOD BECAUSE THE DELIVERY DRIVER DIDNT SHOW UP AND THEY CLOSED THEIR DOORS. WHAT THE HECK DID I JUST EXPERIENCE???!!!!! ALSO THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUND, AND TO CALL DOORDASH BUT AFTER CONSTANT YELLING AT HER, SHE SUDDENLY HAS THE ABILITY TO INSTANTLY REFUND ME!!!!???? AND STILL HAS AN ATTITUDE WITH ME OVER PHONE. AND DOORDASH WHO SAYS IT IS THE STORE RESPONSIBILITY TO REFUND. SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS RESTAURANT. UNTIL TODAY, I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS AT THIS LOCATION. NOW, I AM HUNGRY, MY FOOD WAS SITTING ON THEIR SHELF AND IS NOW PROBABLY GOING TO BE TAKEN HOME AND ENJOYED BY AN EMPLOYEE OR THROWN IN THE TRASH. 4 PIZZAS. Awful customer service!!!! I never tried Blaze pizza heard it was good so thought I would give it a try. I regret it! I will never go back to the one located in Fairlane Green in Allen Park. I ordered online, paid online and included a tip, when I walked in my order wasn’t ready after waiting for 30 minutes the salesperson told me she had to remake it. No apology didn’t offer anything, coupon, NOTHING! I requested a refund then the manager comes out again no apology didn’t even look at me was on her tablet for another 10-12 mins before saying it will refund to your card take about 3-4 days. The NERVE!
