I brought my professionally made drapes in for cleaning. When I brought then home the liners had been torn to shreds. I was able to put my hand through the rips in the fabric. The were wrinkled, smelled and they shrunk. When I discussed it with the women, she assured me she would talk to the owner and get back with me. That was 7 days ago. What really was upsetting is that they did not have the decency to let me know when I picked them up. This to me is unacceptable. If I could give them a -10 I would.

I have been coming here for almost a year now and have always been satisfied. This is a place that truly values honesty and good customer service. I once had a minor issue with a jumpsuit I dropped off. The beaded belt had melted off. It was something that was out of their control and an unusual occurance, but what I appreciated was how they went about resolving the issue. They contacted me right away and explained what had happened. I was impressed with the time and care they put into fixing my jumpsuit. They could have easily just dismissed it but they went above and beyond for me. The owner purchased a new beaded belt that matched. She even contacted me while she was picking out the material to make sure it was one that I approved. She then sent it to a tailor to have it sewn on. I can't thank them enough for helping fix my jumpsuit. This one example demonstrates how devoted they are to ensure their customers are satisfied. It is why I will continue to come here for many years to come. Thank you!

Went to pick up my clothes on the day they said they would be ready and they were not done. When I did pick them up the shirts had no creases in the sleeves and honestly I could have done a better job myself. IF you want professional work go some where else.
