This place is absolutely beautiful. 1st class. The only other laundromat this nice, or better, is in Marietta, Ohio.nnThe reason why I give this place 2 stars is because how cheap these foreign owners are in terms of comfort, as far as HVAC is concerned. During the summer, it is like an oven in here. During the winter, it is like a freezer in here. They have it this way to save money. And if you try to ask them about this, they reply in some foreign gibberish language that you can't understand, them knowing full well they can speak English.
Tried using their laundry drop off service. Bell says ring for service but no one ever showed up. I call the phone number and a woman answers, says I can leave my laundry behind the counter and they would call me when it’s ready. A few hours I call asking when it would be ready. She says her manager would call me back. A man calls me back and says there is no basket behind the counter. I’m obviously panicked because I think my clothes are gone. I show up and check behind the counter and there they are, never touched. There was NO ATTENDANT at this location so why would they offer this service?
Tried the drop service. Looked around for an attendant. Rang the bell. Texted the number. Got in contact with no one. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. Yes, the laundromat is very nice but service is lacking in my opinion.
This place is amazing ALWAYS clean and i mean SPOTLESS thw girl that works there is very helpful and very friendly.
Been coming here for about a month now since my washer broke. About 60$ a week in laundry. Despite no one ever being there to help if a dryer breaks and takes your money I still went. I was told by a gentleman who worked there that they were open till 11 hadn’t seen a worker even past 10 to ask and assumed this was the time. About 1030 pm a lady shows up with a not so nice face. I asked if there was a problem she said we close at 10, I said sorry the one gentleman told me 11. Regardless she had a nasty attitude. Didn’t appreciate it at all began playing her music super loud and talking about me in her language on the phone. Just rude. Simply could have been nice about it I had no issue leaving.
