The only reason I'm giving a star is because the physical space is clean, nice, and modern - otherwise the customer service and experience was terrible. I took my clothes in mid-day for wash and fold drop off - they have it offered in their pictures and main page of the website. When I walked in, there were no employees working and nowhere to drop the clothes. I called the number they had listed for help with no answer, and then text them asking if they did drop off right now. They said yes and I asked where to drop my clothes. They then said their employee wouldn't be in until 5p which was almost 3 hours later. I couldn't wait that long so I asked if there was anyway to pay for the washer and buy soap on the app since I wasn't prepared with change or soap and I got no response. I text a few more times - no response. Very frustrating and poor experience, especially because this is a nice space inside.
This is a very clean coin laundry. The vending machine was chock full of supplies for customers to purchase. This facility is very up-to-date and user friendly..
Nice clean laundry mat. If all laundry mats were kept up this nice, it would be a lot less of a chore. Two weeks laundry for one person including approximately 1.5 outfits per day and king sized bed sheet/quilt and winter jacket towels etc. $approximately $25 to wash and dry. Very quiet cleans day nice new equipment.
Super clean, lots of washers and dryers (all new) and you can pay with your phone/ app.nn4/11/21 - nothing more annoying than a customer playing loud music on their phone. Put on head phones or something!
SUPER CLEAN, NEW MACHINES AND AN ATTENDANT THAT IS THERE AROUND THE CLOCK MOPPING AND MAKING SURE THE PLACE IS TIDY. HIGHLY RATED I WOULD VISIT THEM AGAIN. THEY HAVE MACHINES OF ALL SIZES AND THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE.
