We first dealt with DeAnn as the listing agent of the property that we liked. She accepted to be the transaction broker since we didn’t have any realtor to represent us. In addition, she helped us to understand the closing process and assisted with our inquiries timely. The closing was quick and uneventful. This guy left Us in with a 90 degree or higher temperature all summer!! Then refused to compensate a single month after he finally fixed it!! Very rude and inconsiderate. Had to buy my own window unit and still suffered through the summer only cool the living room. didn't use our upstairs at all and could not cook dinner for 3 months and he refuses to offer up any of retribution or recompense. some people are just very ugly from their very comfortable positions

We have been renting a home from this Realtor for almost two years. So far, no problems and they fix whatever it needs. That’s really all we ask for.
