Fast, but did not deliver. I got a #3, which clearly indicated that it included an “interior towel.” This was mostly the reason I chose that option. They never gave me the towel and there was nowhere to go to address it.nnUpdate: The company responded really fast and rectified my issue. Changed review to 5 stars.
My second visit much different than the first time. There was a young lady working asked for works my tires were not done on her side. Do basic next time.
Guy was friendly. But my car was covered in mud from a dirt road the day before. Went through the wash, asked for a #3 which is supposed to be wheel well cleaning as well...got home and saw wheel wells are still muddy. Not the worst thing in the world but didn't get what I expected.nnEdit: quick response from the owner changed this from a 4 to a 5 experience. As a fellow small business owner I appreciate the quick response and offer. Thank you. I'll try to be back in tomorrow.
