I believe that Executive Rentals is the best property manager in Las Cruces, bar none. Matt and Rosa truly know how to listen and really have the skill to find stable long term tenants. I am extremely dissapointed by the lack of professionalism provided by a realtor that showed us the Arrowhead property today and this entire property management company. This company requires the inquirer to pay for the credit/background check prior to even seeing the property, and then if you like the property then they will run your information, And then acquiring the property is dependent on your place in line and the credit score of people ahead of you. So if you have less than a 670 then don’t waist your time. they weren’t clear on their exact requirements until we had already waited a couple weeks to see the house, and drove an hour out of the way even though we had asked them several times. Upon arrival the realtor was cold and uninterested. She clearly didn’t like us from the moment we walked up. Then when we asked her again about the requirements expected from the background/credit check she was very condiscending. She needs to work on her people skills! And her “boss” never answers his phone. We will be happy to have a refund and never have to deal with these guys again! There is a way to tell people what they otherwise may not want to hear without being condiscending, insensitive, and down right rude. I couldn’t believe I had to watch this woman be so callous to my father and mother. I wouldn’t give these guys a cent!

The people here were very very helpful and willing to work with me. A house was rented before I could look at it and they refunded my application fee. No other company in the area did this. Only downside was I was moving from out of town and was required to see the home in person before I could rent it. Which is tough when you’re moving to the area... other than that great customer service.

Had an appointment today @ 930 to view a home they have for rent. Showed up on time but Matt was not there. Txted him w/no response in return. Called the office & his cell phone which went directly to vmail! This company is obviously unprofessional. So sad that I wasted my time & gas. Lesson learned on my end! Just to add I called the office from another phone number of course Matt answered. Asked him what happend he said he never received confirmation which I confirmed his number to where I sent the text to which he confirmed it was correct. I will be reporting this company to whomever I need to report them to.
