I was charged 30.00 for two summer dresses. I was shocked by the price and was told by the clerk it was because they were linen. I said only was linen and she was like oh well. Definitely felt ripped off. Find another dry cleaner in South Haven!

This is a “drop off” location. I spent $80 on several shirts (15) and pants only to pick them up the next day and 11 shirts had to be sent back because they weren’t pressed. I go back the next day to drop them back off and was told by the woman working that they would be done after noon. I come in the following day at 3:30 pm and walk in and she instantly said they would done IN THE AFTERNOON. I said OK and went to walk out the door. She told me to wait that she had information on my shirts. I say they and she kept telling me that it was due to fabric shorten and that all the shirts were custom shirts so they wouldn’t fit the mannequin they us to press the shirts. I said they we don’t get custom made shirts and she raised her voice and said are you going to listen to me? Longer story short I picked up the shirts now a week after I dropped them off and they still aren’t right but I’m not going to waste my time there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was told the wrinkles were due to the transportation. The owner called me and said they can’t do Ralph Lauren shirts because over time they wrinkle on their own. Don’t waste your money here!

Passing through the area. I got three two-piece suits dry cleaned for $44. Could have picked them up the next day after 5PM, but I chose to wait until the second day. Not sure why there are bad reviews on this place, but my experience was great!

$50 for a Zipper? You have to be kidding me. Lady at the counter isn't very pleasant either.

Outsourced a hem on a simple dress for a wedding. Quoted me base $20, then $30 if lining was involved. Sarah at Dowegiac Cleaners did the hem. Charged me $40. Went back to SH Cleaners and told worker there that had quoted me price. Did not seem concerned. Manager should be aware of this scam.
