⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paul Sims was the selling broker when I sold my home in Las Cruces. This was my first time working with Paul but not my first time working with a realtor as I typically buy/sell a couple of properties each year. In short, Paul is the best and he will be my buying/selling broker going forward. Paul listed my home and had it sold/closed/check-in-hand in less than 90 days for the best price I could have expected and he made it so easy. Paul is prepared. We started with a walk through and he had comps in hand. By the end of the walk through we agreed on a listing price and signed the listing agreement shortly thereafter. Paul is responsive. He was available by phone call, text, and email. Paul is knowledgeable and when I had questions, he was quick and accurate with his feedback considering his 20 years of experience in the business. Paul is constantly working. He kept the deal moving and continued to work behind the scenes all while remaining cool under pressure. Paul is also very intuitive and wrote a striking description of my property that reflected the passion I had poured into the renovations. I could go on about the great experience I had in using Paul as my broker. If you have made it this far in the review, make sure you ask Paul for the “Blue Plate Special” when selling your home with him. He is the best!

Sims & Co have represented me in buying and selling a home and in managing a town home rental for me. They have been very effective in the entire real estate process. Always keeping me advised of any maintenance situations and getting the maintenance done in a timely manner. Sims and Co. has been managing my property for the last 15 years.They did a great job keeping up with maintenance issues, collecting rent,and making deposits.We did have a few issues with the screening of some renters. I do not fault Sims and Co.People are not always honest .I just sold my condo and Sims and Co, also helped me with the sale. Paul Sims helped us with a home purchase. The house was being “flipped “ by another realtor. The realtor quit flipping the house when we put a contract on it. Paul supported us, brought in the real estate broker and helped to resolve some of the issues with the realtor. We appreciated all Paul’s help.
