my kids were at the Saginaw Splash Pad today an one of your police officers was handing out popsicles to all the kids here at the splash pad on a very hot day it was such a kind gesture in a nice thing to see in the community

If I could leave 0 stars I would. How are we in 2020 and a 24 hour police department never answers the phone...not even for lawyers. I feel bad for the people in the community that actual need to call for help. Disgusting.
