First time customer and totally got my order wrong after stating 3 times how I needed it done. Did not offer any compensation for the error but did offer 20% off next time. Of which there will not be a next time. Would highly suggest going someplace that will pay attention to what you ask for.

This is a great place. They go out of there way for you the seamstress is very good, she put a zipper in my coat. Worked overtime so I could keep warm.same day service!! Highly recommend this company.

THIS PLACE. Took in some costumes for a show at the DOW center, pricing was a little expensive but reasonable. With it went two coats - one that needed to be dry cleaned, one that needed a zipper fixed. Zipper fix is fine (so far) but they cleaned BOTH coats (at $19/each) and neither were clean. One was a down coat that still have a stain on the front chest and the other one (that wasnt supposed to get cleaned in the first place) had dried food on it! If you're going to clean it without us asking at least do a decent job!nnDidn't learn our lesson, apparently, because we had to send laundry out shortly after. 19 towels, just a fluff and fold situation....$148. WHAT. THE. WHAT.

I turned in dry cleaning and fluff and fold for same day turnaround and a few minor repairs. The bill was almost $150, and one jacket still had a food stain and one pair of pants had not been repaired as promised. The fluff and fold was 19 towels, four shirts, and a pair of socks. They charged me $124!!! And, the socks weren't dry. They asked that we come back in 1/2 an hour. An hour later we returned and the socks still weren't dry. I strongly recommend you find another dry clean/fluff and fold service.
