Set up an appointment to get a price, finally texted a half hour after the agreed upon time and was told they over scheduled. No apology, but fine. Rescheduled and again a no show, no responses to texts. Can only imagine what the service is like.
AMAZING job! Our yard looks 1000% better and we look forward to having them do more work! We are so grateful to have found them!
We saw Mom's cleaning working at a home across the street from us in Midland this week.. The guy working on the lawn worked his tail off and the place looks great! Thank you for improving the appearance of our neighborhood! Job well done!
My experience with Mom’s Cleaning LLC is that they are very unprofessional. I was put on their “schedule” to clean an empty house. I left a key and payment as requested. I discovered the house was never cleaned once I got back to town. Mom’s Cleaning never responded when I asked why they decided to bail on their job. The worst part of the house (inside stove & fridge) was already cleaned for them. All they were hired to do essentially is dust, sweep, & mop the floors. They didn’t show up for the job, didn’t do anything, and didn’t contact me to inform me. I would not recommend anyone to hire “Mom’s Cleaning LLC”! I would give zero stars if I could
