Have been with Taylor Rental over a year, Jessica in the office is great! Best rates overall in the area, good value. Maintenance usually respond within 48 hours & come quickly if the AC breaks (very grateful for their timely response mid July). Easy online pay!

I have been living in my apartment for 6 months. I waited to do a review because I wanted it to be honest. I understand how difficult the apartment process can be, and how relying on reviews can be so important. This review is written with great transparency and honesty. I was impressed with this company from the first conversation! This is THE BEST choice for renting an apartment in this area. There is actually someone who answers the phone when you call (first time I experienced that), and they actually return the call in a timely manner if you leave a message. They are always prompt and courteous beyond the expectations of their job. I had a maintenance issue and it was handled expeditiously and professionally. I doubt I'll ever move because I know I won't find anyone with the quality of professionalism, and level of expertise I experience when conferring with them. It's a quiet environment and everyone keeps to themselves. The apartment was like new when I moved in. New carpet, freshly painted, and immaculate. You will be doingydoing a HUGE FAVOR for renting with this company. There aren't any hidden charges or unusual requests. If you are looking to be treated with dignity and respect, there is no other place that you should be. I would have given them more than 5 stars if I could have because THEY ROCK. EXCELLENT COMPANY AND STAFF. They are a great example to other rental companies, they have huge shoes to fill to try to even compare themselves to Taylor Rental. Tell them Caroline sent you!

Just starting renting with Taylor Rental back in April and it has been a dream! Very affordable prices for good quality units, and they're quickly responsive to any maintenance issues if they happen to arise. Planning to continue renting from them until I leave Richmond in the distant future.

Moving out but I have enjoyed living at my Taylor Rental apartment. Very affordable for the size of the units. 5 stars.

Very nice people to work with, they were willing to help out with the smallest of problems and were very helpful with any questions we had. They made the process of moving very simple and easy. We were able to get our key right away and had a week to switch over utilities to our name. Maintenance orders were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Overall has just been a great place to work with.
