I lived here for a year (college student) and Loved it!! They have some of the best staff and worked with me the whole time! All the bad reviews on here are people that more then likely being Karen’s or not reading the lease. If you read your lease, follows their rules, and are nice you will absolutely love being here! The only downside I found from living here is sometimes I could hear my neighbors throw the walls, but everything else out weights this in my opinion. If you are look for a nice and safe place to stay this is it! Oh, and they will alway tried to find way to save you money!

I wish I could give a solid 0 stars. First off they might seem cheap and they are, but that is because they will try to get every cent out of you when you move out. What I mean by this is they will charge you for stuff that wasn't your fault. I will be honest and say I did cause some damage, however they tried to charge for things that I could not have done and provide little proof. I would not recommend anyone living here.

I cannot say enough great things about this apartment complex! The location is great as my apartment is about one mile from downtown and two miles from EKU's campus. Management is extremely helpful, kind, and attentive. The maintenance staff is fantastic! Any time I have submitted a request, my issue has been resolved within one business day. The rates are extremely competitive and the complex is so quiet! I have never had any issues with noise or neighbors, which is something I cannot say about every place I've lived before. Another major plus is the fitness center, which has great equipment and the building itself is fairly new and in fantastic shape. I would stay here for much longer if I stayed in Richmond! I highly recommend you check out Shawnee Trail if you're looking for a new place to live in Richmond!
