We first met Kelli Hunt over a phone call from California. We needed to understand the market in Kentucky before deciding to move. That one phone call gave us the confidence to make a seven day trip and meet with Kelli in person. Kelli was professional, had several home listings prepared and was very personable. We knew we were in good hands. We went back to California, sold our home and made our way to Kentucky to find our dream home. Kelli listens very well to what you want to buy and was ready to show us what we needed for our next home. In a short period of searching, we found the perfect home that met all of our desires. Kelli is more than a fantastic realtor, she has become our first friend in Kentucky.

I don’t even know where to start. I have so many wonderful things to say about Kelli. She went above and beyond. I’m a first time home buyer so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Kelli took the time to explain everything in depth to me. She answered all my calls, texts, & emails very promptly. She was very professional & had a laid back personality. She called and texted me throughout the whole process to give me updates & ensure she answered any questions I had. Kelli was VERY quick to schedule viewings for every house I sent her. She surprised me with personalized cookies at closing. It was so sweet. 10/10 would recommend to anyone searching for an amazing agent to work with.

If you’d like to work with the best realtor in the area, choose Amanda! She was so helpful through the whole process. Amanda sets the bar high for other professionals in her area by being friendly, kind, and positive. She excelled in three areas. First, she is very knowledgeable. She knows the area, the market, and she steers you in the right direction with her strong background in the industry. Second, she is very responsive. She answered so many questions for us, after hours, on weekends—she always responded to our text messages, calls, and emails so fast. Finally, she represented us well in the transaction. We were the buyers and she watched out for our interests with the seller and builder. We felt confident about our home purchase. We are grateful for her guidance, help, and professionalism. She really is the best!
