I absolutely loved leasing with Foxglove Management at these apartments! It was a great place to raise my girls and I would recommend this place to anyone I know! Kelsey, in the office, was super helpful during my renting process and was always available when I had any questions. This was definitely somewhere I called home!

Wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone. Have had nothing but issues with them and where I am staying at since I signed my lease. Business is handled very poorly. The Dawson kid in the office is an absolute joke. Has an attitude/ego problem that needs to be handled. Wouldn’t let him manage my company if he was the last person on earth. On a positive note, Amy is great to work with and is truly a diamond in the rough. I hope they pay her WELL, because she is the ONLY reason I had stayed where I was for as long as I did. Upon moving out, they charged me $540 for maintenance fees AFTER they deducted my security deposit. Refused to provide proof and receipts for the work done. $800 total in maintenance charges, an awfully round number to say the least. I would say they made up a BS number and allocated items to make up that amount, especially since they wouldn’t provide me with receipts. Worst company in Richmond, maybe even the whole state of Kentucky.

I lived with them for a little over a year. I have no complaints about maintenance but I moved out before giving my 30days notice after already going month to month, therefore my deposit was gone! I knew that but I had found a home and didn’t want the chance to slip by. I felt bad not giving my 30days notice though so I got all my stuff out and came back to make sure I could make the place spotless so someone could almost immediately move in. I got on my hands and knees, scrubbed the floors, toilets, bathtubs. I vacuumed the whole apartment, swept the floors, cleaned the mirrors, cleaned cabinets, baseboards. Literally anything! I replaced all the blinds, the light bulbs and the drip pans. I was then charged $220 for cleaning...I moved out in February, got a bill in March, paid for a stain because I didn’t have time to get my carpet cleaner that day and two light bulbs (even though I replaced them) just so they would be happy. Comes June and I have another bill for $120. It’s the partial bathroom and kitchen cleaning. I literally scrubbed every inch of that place when I moved out like no I’m not paying for it. I have emailed this whole time and nothing has happened so I decide to call, then voicemail after voicemail and nothing. So I just stopped, if this company doesn’t want to talk to me then what ever. Comes 9 months after I moved out, like I could have had a baby by now, and they have sent me to collections. it’s just a load of bull and it’s sucks when your taken advantage of. I guess don’t clean your apartment before you move out because there going to pay a company to clean it anyways so you will be charged for cleaning, even if you already did it. Will NEVER rent from them ever again. Worst rental company in Richmond. It’s very known that they are the worst rental company, I shouldn’t have given them a chance!

My husband and I lived at the Ty Court apartments with Foxglove for three years. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this complex. It is quiet for the most part and we always felt safe to go on walks in the evenings around the complex. Anytime we had a maintenance issue they addressed it quickly, often the same day, and never over 2-3 business days for non-emergencies. They are prompt to answer questions and very professional. I feel like they get a bad reputation for not refunding deposits, but we received our deposit back with no issue - we did clean the apartment well (as you should). We took care of the apartment and always paid our rent on time - if you do this you should have no issues at all. Thank you Foxglove for making our first home together one we will remember fondly!

We paid Foxglove an extra $1800 over time after our 1 year lease was up to do month-by-month in order to be able to move out when we want to. We did not sign a new lease after the year is up. However because we gave them a 25 day notice instead of a 30 day notice, they made us forfeit our deposit. Then after we were at our new residence they sent us a bill for $170 for blown light bulbs and carpet cleaning. So evidently the $500 deposit they stole from us wouldn’t take care of those things. They are a bunch of thieves and will do whatever they can to get extra money from people. Also our air conditioner probably messed up 10+ times in the 3-4 years we lived there and there was a leak from the shower in the apt above us which caused black mold which was not fixed promptly AT ALL. I could not be more glad to be done with them.
