Absolutely LOVED it here!! I miss it so much! Staff was amazing and super friendly. Never had one single problem with the apartment or anything. The only reason I moved was because I was going to take in a dog and they don’t allow pets. I’m at foxglove now and it’s absolutely terrible. If you can, go to East Ridge! You won’t regret it!

These are some of the best apartments in Richmond, KY. They are relatively new, very well taken care of and the rent is more than reasonable. I interacted with the office and the owner multiple times and they always were helpful and professional. The owner specifically was much more flexible than I hoped for. Any maintenance requests were resolved within a day. They do not allow pets, they warn about that before you sign the lease, so I think it is unfair that they have so many negative reviews from the people who get fined for having pets in the apartment. I would recommend the place without any reservations.

I lived here 5 years until I moved to Lexington in 2015. They kept the place up well and the staff was fine. Also, the price wasn’t bad for the space you got. I liked the pool and it was a nice, quiet place to walk around on warm nights.nHowever, they REALLY need to update their units. You can’t paint. The walls aren’t even a taupe/tan to provide some basic color. Also, get rid of the carpet, guys! It’s hideous and outdated and nasty. Like I said...update.

If I could give them less than one star I would. For some reason they always knew what I was doing, when I was and wasn't home. Accused me of breaking items in the apartment that were already broken when I moved in. The office staff is beyond hateful. 100% would not recommend ever.

My star rating is to catch the interest of the property management. I read the posts of other and your place sounds fabulous and in a safe area. Please advise. I’d like to get some prices and pictures of the apartment layout to see if this may be a place for me. I work for Lowe’s and considering re-locating.
