Stephanie and Emily did an amazing job with the sale of our house and purchase of new house. She gave great staging advice, and her professional photographer worked wonders. Our old house simply looked better online than other competing houses due to the quality photographs. Our house sold in 24 hours thanks to her and Emily. They were also extremely responsive to any communication initiated by us.

Stephanie (and Emily) were a great team and we highly recommend her when looking for houses.nWe had a unique case in that we were doing an out-of-state move, in a short timeframe, during a pandemic (and we were first time home buyers!) Stephanie guided us through the process, really took the time to show us houses that matched our budget that were really nice. She then guided us through the offer and closing, making great suggestions and recommendations when we asked (and made great recommendations on things we wouldn't have thought to ask as first time buyers)

Stephanie ROCKS! She and her assistant Emily are the best! Stephanie answered every single, silly question I had. All without hesitation. She made me feel good about the whole process. Emily kept me up to date with paperwork, appointment times and also answered all my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better team!

The best thing I can say about Stephanie as a realtor is that she is a GO-GETTER who is totally in your corner! Having someone who is so committed to helping you, guiding you, and representing YOUR desires and interests in buying and selling is a great feeling and you shouldn't settle for anything less. Stephanie knows all the ins and outs of the local market and is very well connected. I'd recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with! Always quick to respond and I could tell she really had my best interest in mind. She definitely made my home-buying experience much less stressful, especially since this was my first home-buying experience, and she was willing to walk me through all of the little details that I wasn't sure about. I honestly wish I knew more people who were looking to move, so that I could refer her to Stephanie and her office!
