Vista Montana Apartments

We originally applied to live at the Vista Montana apartments for a year while we found something better. 6 years later we are still happily living in our same apartment. We've been so comfortable and satisfied with Vista Montana. From the professionalism of management and staff to the sense of security Ms. Amber makes us feel by keeping a " tight ship". We don't have any plans of leaving any time soon. In fact, we recommend this place to many of our friends!

I checked out several apartment communities in Las Cruces and Vista Montana is definitely one of the best.

At first, it seemed like a good place to live. We were right next to the pool, therefore, after-hour swimming by strangers who would sneak in to the pool would be blamed on us as an excuse. Numerous write ups, numerous charges on repairs that were not done. If you are fond of random and prevalent, privacy-violating inspections, this is the place for you. The lady in charge of this establishment is unprofessional and has the custodians stalk and walk around our apartment at certain times of the day. You are not allowed anything but a table on your porch, a guest accidently left a bottle of water on the table for no more than an hr and we got written up for it. Not only that but the upstairs neighbors were always walking and running around, making a lot of noise. Kids are not able to ride bikes and skateboards outside whatsoever.
