I have rented from here before, but was looking to return after issues in my current living situation. The team was quick in helping me find a new place that fits my needs, answered all my questions, and kept me updated through the whole move-in process. They remember who you are and are so dedicated to their properties and tenants. I promise you can't go wrong with renting through them.

Management was very kind and patient with all questions we had! Very clean grounds and apartments! Highly recommend Signature Rentals for younger folks just starting out on their own! Rent is reasonable with the included amenities and on has on site laundry! We are very much looking forward to our time here!

We just became tenants of Signature Management recently and I honestly don't have any negative things to say about them. They are keeping our lease the same as our old management had them which is great. They came and fixed our doors after literally a week (couldn't get our schedules to line up to be able to be there when they fixed it), not 3 months after I asked them to fix something (ex: my roof was leaking only when it rained and old management told me it was our air conditioner causing it). They are all really friendly and nice. Always happy to help out.

Been with Signature Rentals for several months now. They are always very responsive when you need something like maintenance or if you just have basic inquiries about your apartment. Emily and Eric are in the office very often and are both awesome, you can tell that good customer service is a big part of what they do right. They also recently upgraded their web portal that they use for rental payments, which I'm a big fan of. Highly recommend Signature for anyone in the Richmond / Lexington KY area.
