If I could rate zero stars I would. This real estate company is completely dishonest and deceptive for this reason... They posted a 62 acre property on Zillow, 999 Driftwood Drive, Irvine KY, for $35,000. But if you go to their website, its listed at $109,000. Very common deceptive trick to get people to inquire about this property. Stay clear of this real estate company, especially Jeff Cromer who is listed as the listing agent.
