We ordered today on the App, thinking they might get it right? But no I ordered a nachos party box with chicken got beef. Called the store guy said hang on and never came back to the phone. I say go anywhere in Frankenmuth to eat but here. They can’t seem to get anything right! Not just once but every time we order!

Hostile Work Environment! I drove through here Friday 2/19 at 10:25pm. I heard a lady in the back screaming, cussing and threatening who I can only guess was her coworker. The lady at the window was so nice but told me that the lady screaming wouldn't allow giving me a 50 cent side of jalapeño sauce and that I would have to drive back around. This place has gone down hill and now it sounds like even leadership screams at and threatens their employees. Action by the owner is required and someone needs to be fired that was on staff this day. I nearly called the police. I have never heard another person yell, cuss and threaten another worker like that on the job, nor should I have ever. Pathetic. Take a stand.

If you want what you ordered this is not the place to eat. I ordered nacho fries and received a portion of exactly 6 fries. Ordered two chicken chalupa meal and received beef instead. As far as I can tell the employees don’t care about the product they put out and could care less if you received what you actually wanted. Definitely would not recommend this “restaurant”

Forgot part of order said we had hot sauce in bag wasn't. Didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Barely understood guy taking order

Large order they had me pull ahead and when I got our food looked like my 7 year old put it together. I get it fast food....
