Very rude every single time we come here ! We are local and dread coming to this particular location as They continuously mess up the order and when you correct them on it they treat you as if you’re the one that made the mistake continuously happens at this location

I enjoy writing good reviews. If the experience is bad enough, I'll write this kind of review for a warning. Traveler using drive-thru and already down the road once the mistake was discovered. I am not sure how ground beef turned into refried beans, but it did for my order. The beans tasted horrible and were not one of the ingredients for the item I ordered. No receipt to voice frustrating situation, so here it is on Google. Makes me wonder if they ran out of beef and replaced it with beans on purpose figuring that most people would be down the road and not say anything...

The food was good. But customer service terrible! They forgot our cheese so we politely called them while still outside to let them know even told them they could look if needed as they said they were in there.The lady brings the cheese out and rudely says managers said they did your order and the cheese was in there calling us a liar ..If I was going to lie it wouldn't be over .50 cheese smh Rude

Customer service is key and sitting in the drive thru at 11:50(12 closing, I get not staying late) and being told to to leave. Zero percent customer service. Smh. Your always open until the last customer leaves!

Top-notch Taco Bell. The staff is very friendly and they get my order right every time. The restaurant itself is always clean.nnThe menu is exactly like every other Taco Bell in the country. When I'm in the area and looking for fast food, this is one of my go-to options.
