Always on point, good customer service ud83dudc4f
The parking lot is really a pain to navigate, especially when it's busy. The food is good, though. I only got to eat inside once or twice before the quarantine banished everyone to the drive through, but the service was pleasant.

I'm so mad, they gave us cockroach toast. As in there was a cockroach just living it's best life on my delicious toast. And we all know that bug was crawling around the box before I got to open it and I didn't find the cockroach until after I ate all the chicken and fries THEN after saving the best for last there's a cockroach on my toast. I'd take a picture but in the moment all I had was panic and squish it as it runs free, I didn't think to snap a picture.nnCaine's doesn't care either. I don't want a refund, I want cockroach free food!!!
I went to Raising Canes in Richmond Ky today to get a meal. They waited until after I paid and hand me my drinks to tell me they had no ice. If they had a decent manager at this store he would have went and bought bags of ice. The drinks were warm. You couldn’t even drink it. No discount or anything.
