I don’t leave reviews about places and I don’t complain about people feeding me (what an amazing country to live in where we can get food so easily!) so after the past few months of continuing to get poor quality from each Taco Bell in Holland, MI, I’ve decided to warn others from being ripped off. Undersized portions (if you give only 3/4 of the filling, the extra 1/4 adds up and saves millions of dollars!), sloppy wrappers through the drive through (dripping sauce, sour cream coating, not enough wrappers, etc), incorrectly making food, constantly raising prices on low quality food- the list does go on. I don’t know who the few people in the last months who have been giving such high marks to this store are, but I’m glad they are getting good service. For me, I’m done with Taco Bell in this area. Whoever owns this store needs to get their hands dirty and get in there to turn things around. It’s tough to say this stuff about one of my favorite places to eat, but for the sake of everyone else who is considering to go here, just don’t waste you money. It’s not worth the headache or heartburn.
Very fast service but tends to lead to messy meals in the bag
Let me start by saying that my sons and I have frequented this location on West Shore almost weekly for years now. The service and food were always better than the older location on Waverly. My wife and I decided to stop in after grocery shopping for a quick bite yesterday. This was absolutely the worst service we've ever had. The cashier was working the drive thru and the counter at the same time. He had no eye contact, he mumbled and didn't speak clearly, and was very distracted with the headset he was wearing. Our order was wrong and when I approached and told him the issue, he got on the headset and just walked away. Needless to say, we won't be going back for a long time, if ever. Steer clear and spend your money elsewhere.
The service was fast and may I say faster than the Golden arches down the street. The couch wrap was delicious. Pleasent staff member that served me.
Got our order perfectly done! One of us has a cheddar cheese allergy. We appreciate the extra care.
