I have been using Randy's for 5 years. Last week they did a cleaning of all carpeting in my home and a large portion of our upholstered furniture. This totalled over $700. Overall they did a good job but I noticed a few things were missed or needed to be re-done. When I called to ask if they could please return, Angela was very understanding, professional and set-up an appointment right away (despite them being very busy). The Pro Corey came to my home and did an EXCELLENT job. He was firendly, professional, informative and thorough. He was so thorough that he removed several stains on our couches that had been there for 2 years or more that other pros weren't able to remove! I am grateful for his efforts, attention to detail, experience, hardwork and positive attitude.
We have used Randy's Carpet Care for many years and in multiple homes that we've owned/lived in. They are so consistent with the methods they use, and refuse to give up on a stain when they think they can get it out! They are always friendly, on time, and do not leave until both we and they are satisfied with the job. We will miss them when we move out of Michigan!
