Friendly people great place to shop The rebate of 11% is hit-and-miss.nI never make a purchase thinking that I'm gonna get the 11 percent back is guaranteednn4 stars is because of 11% system is broke.nThe Holland store is 5 stars plus!
Our fridge died so we had to scramble. After accidentally getting the wrong size with lowes we opted for one at Menards and was able to get it delivered fairly quick. My only issue is that we were charged for $75 for delivery which is fine however there was some issue getting the fridge in and we’re just about to Leave the fridge in our hallway for us to figure out...for $75 we sure had to help with a lot of heavy lifting and ended up having to set the fridge up ourselves whereas Lowe’s was able to provide us free delivery, took our old fridge for $30 and set up the fridge for us (only to have to take it apart since I accidentally ordered a too big of fridge. But still, great customer service)nnMaybe I’m just being picky, the delivery guys were incredibly nice but if i didn’t speak up by saying we needed to get this out of the hall into the kitchen, then I feel like they would have just dumped it there for us to figure out and for $75 delivery I expect it to be fully delivered.

We walked into the store and within 10 minutes had picked out and ordered our tub. You need to drive around and pick it up in the loading area behind the store. We spent two hours picking out different components for our bathroom. When we drove around to the back to pick up the tub, they had given it to someone else! Now if we want to get it we have to drive an hour 2 the nearest Menards that has one available. Terribly dissatisfied! Bad service throughout the store, and bad inventory control! So much for our weekend project!
