As a customer of DHE Plumbing, you should be aware of the lack of professional standards and ethics being practiced by this company. Please allow me to explain.nnI was a very small customer of this company until recently when they refused to correct a faulty air conditioning installation. The defective solder joint on a residential job should have been identified and corrected at the time of the installation, but their oversight has cost me $700 and countless hours of discomfort due to their callous refusal to correct the problem. This is a small amount of money for a large company, but it is a large amount for the little guy left holding the bill.nnThe company who repaired their mistake stated that they would have stood behind their work if they had done the installation, even after 4 years. However DHE refused to accept responsibility for their mistake and moved on to their next victim...maybe you?nnIf they won't own up to a $700 mistake, how will they handle your company's concerns when your contract is worth thousands or millions of dollars? Probably not something you should have to worry about, but you should reconsider your continued relationship with DHE Plumbing.
