I don’t know who the lady was that was working today but I work at Walmart an decided to take my break a hour late so I could get food at 10 when it opened an when I got there she was still setting up an taking her SWEET time like I wasn’t standing there ON BREAK got herself a drink and went back behind the counter didn’t say a word to me so I finally asked when she was going to be open she looked at the clock and said maybe 10:30 so I asked her who her manager was an if she could provide me with information to contact the gm an she said she can’t give me that information an that’s I could go online an find it so here I am online an this is all I can find to contact besides calling the subway which she is the only one theren10/28/20

I ordered an oven roasted chicken salad with spinach. What I got was a salad with nearly 2 cups of lettuce & ice cold chicken (some was frozen) My friend ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub, his was cold as well, & the bacon was under cooked. Needless to say we were very disappointed with this visit.

To the ladies that worked last night, 3/30 for putting up with rude demanding customers and they just kept working hard, with smiles on their faces. Also, I left my phone on the counter and one of them was so kind as to drive it to my house! You Rock!

The other week the first girl to make my sub was loud and not good at customer service. Second girl was the only reason this gets more than 0 stars. She was polite and smiled and had good customer service as she put on vegetables and did the register

Unfortunately my experience at subway today wasn't a very good one. The lady working didn't greet me or my friend when we walked up and we were the only two customers there.. we walked up and said hi, got stared at then we started ordering.. once we told her what bread and meat we wanted she slowly started making our sandwiches then started a third sandwich that neither of us had ordered then continued to make the third sandwich before finishing ours.. then she told us the other sandwich was for herself... I've never spent so much time ordering my food at a subway. Other than that, the food was delicious and my rainbow gem cookies were amazing as always
