Was closed when I pulled up at 12 50. Please update hours or be open when your supposed to be. Second time this happened. First time it was closer to listed hours and lights turned off when I was next in line. Just asking for some basic consistency or at least transparency about when you will close.

Horrible experience. I ordered a nacho bell grande with extra cheese and sour cream in which I was charged extra for . When I checked my order it was nothing extra on it. When I brought this up to the guy at the window he stated that they couldn’t add anything extra. Another lady came up and stated that extra is a total of four pumps I had her to look at my meal and she confirmed that it was only two pumps on my nachos but she still stated that I had to pay extra again. As a 9 month pregnant woman, I’m very upset and annoyed that not only were they rude but I had to pay for extra sauce twice ! Definitely not coming back.

Put an online order in AND PAID for 10:45 pm, showed up exactly at 10:45, store was closed and staff inside were cleaning. When I rolled up to the window all of the staff pretended I wasn’t there except for one girl who waved me away and then flipped me off. I understand fast food is a tough job but service was unacceptable and I had to cancel my order after driving all the way there. This is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write a bad review

Never have had a problem here until this morning. The person working morning shift (4/5/21) got everything in my order wrong, forgot both of my hash browns and gave me hot inside of fire sauce, even gave me the wrong drink. I have never seen the particular worker on morning shift, they are usually on top of their game in the morning, but not this morning.

Honestly at this point I’m not even surprised with this location anymore, I waited 25 mins at the drive thru just to be told they were “out of product” even though 2 cars in front of me got their food and not to mention I put this in as a online order. I was told to cancel my order but the Taco Bell app wasn’t allowing me to cancel. The very minimum they should at least gave out gift cards for those who waited all that time.
