My kids stopped on their way home from work. They ordered 5 soft shell tacos no lettuce and 3 beefy 5 layer burritos. They get home with 6 cheese and shell tacos and nothing else they ordered. This is after sitting in line 30 minutes. We go back up there. They made me show them the food. Then tried to give it back. After we sat in line for another 50 minutes. Then promised coupons we never got. I am not impressed.

Very slow service on 2/25/21. My wife attempted to order Cinnabon Delights which they were out of. Ordered 2 sides of spicy ranch and the cups were only half full. Also, ordered nachos with cheese and the cheese cup was only half full. The food was good. They wouldn't send a soda out of the window half full and find it acceptable so why send sides half full. Give people what they pay for!

First, they didn't provide a receipt. Second, they forgot one part of my order. Food either tasted like it been on warmer for least an hour or soggy, stale and crumbled apart the moment it was picked up. The only good part of our order was the fountain drinks and the cheesy roll up things my 6 yr old had, which get the two stars. Maybe it was a bad night but it was definitely a bad first impression.

First off we were the 4th car in line in the drive through it took 32 minutes to get our order. Then when we get to the window, one of the employees kids, and I mean young child was back in the kitchen where they make the food. I asked for a number to call to complain and was refused the number told look it up on the internet.nReed City could have done without this atrocity of fast food that isnt even close to fast.

Stopped in to try breakfast on a friday at 9 am with the wife to try a breakfast crunchwrap. Got to this location to find they were not serving breakfast! I do not understand why. They have breakfast on their sign but no breakfast. Disappointing.nnUpdate:one month later i tried again. They informed me they do not plan on having breakfast here for at least 6 more weeks from April 11th! They have breakfast on their sign and online menu but not at the actual location. Wow. Disappointing.
