Food was fresh, but service could have been more accurate. One meal was missed in our order which could have been prevented if the order had been read back to us. They did not ask what size meal we wanted and we didn't get toys the first time we ordered kids meals.nnThe tables were clean and they were friendly.

Was good food but needless to say I go through the drive thru tonight order 5 beef and cheddar get home to eat our 40 dollar dinner and find that I didn't get the fries to go with our meals. Just helps remind me of why we don't eat Arby's very often way to costly for a family of 5 and then not to get all your food. ud83dude1e

I know times are tough right now due to Covid-19 restrictions & having to hire new folks more often than necessary.nnMy visit to the drive-thru was not good. An item was missed on my order & I was willing to pay for it. I was told that I didn't have to pay for this side item & that they would run it out to me (at my car). I pull around to the front of the restaurant & wait. 10 minutes goes by so I give it 5 more and then knock on the window.nnI was told that whom ever promised me my item was mistaken & that they were sorry I waited so long for nothing. So, I got home with cold food and not enough food.nnThis is not the first time, nor is this a new issue. This location in White Lake has always had issues, even before Covid-19. Sorry to say, I will not be back to this location.

Never thought I'd be leaving a 5 star review for an Arby's, but just had to give praise about an employee that just made our day. My son was super excited to try their mint chocolate shake but we were informed their mint syrup hadn't arrived yet so obviously they could tell we were a little bummed, and when we got to the window , the woman handed me a small cup and let me know she whipped something up with some crushed Andes candies for us to try out at no charge. It was actually really good (I stole a few sips myself) and it just kinda floored me how she went out of her way to do that for is. Kudos to you White Lake Arby's!
