The place is nice, however, to have the attendant tell me and my wife what is acceptable face covering is what drops this down in rating. Both of us had a multi layer fabric covering our faces, and he forced the cheap blue masks on us that he has been touching. Then he charged at my wife for not wearing his mask of choice. The place is clean and has all the equipment needed, but the staff needs to be informed that there choice of face covering is not the only form of face covering.

Under normal circumstances I like this mat but today I was treated so rudely by the attendant. Not that its any ones business but I have extreme claustrophobia from a past abusive relationship. so its very hard for me to wear a mask. This man charged at me while screaming at me that I had to put a mask on. Even after I explained that it causes me extreme anxiety and ptsd triggers. He did not care I also stated that I would wait outside while the machines were running. He continued to yell at me and tell me he dosent care about my rights or my issues. This will be the last time I use this mat.
