I’m not speaking for all precincts around Detroit but my experience either going in or calling the station horrible, nasty , rude, condescending. If you work for the community trying to help the community/people it should be better communication skills, why certain people go in this field of work that don’t have customer service skills or any sympathy. Ohhh let me go to work and get this over with.

My son & I went to the 12th precinct on June 15 to report a stolen car. Every officer was pleasant, respectful and helpful, even regarding such a mundane issue.
