Maddox Plumbing Services technician thoroughly discussed my options over the phone and suggested that we try to save some money by going with a repair as opposed to having them install a new one. The following day, he came out the following day in the morning and we had hot water flowing in no time. It's so hard to find quality, honest, and courteous service these days but this company exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!!

We are very happy with the service and professionalism we received from Maddox Plumbing Services when our sump pump failed recently. They were very patient and responsive and quickly installed a newer, high quality pump in record time, saving our basement from flooding. We have also relied on Maddox Plumbing Services prior to this to fix a leaking toilet and to reconfigure the garbage disposal in our kitchen. These are great plumbers. They arrived exactly on time to fix my leaky faucet that had created a pool of water on my kitchen floor. Worked diligently to ascertain the source of the leak and reset the cartridge that was driving me crazy. The leak is completely fixed and plumbing adjustments were made that left the site much better than he found it. Will definitely call and highly recommend their work without reservation!
We have had Maddox Plumbing Services out twice in the last month. First they installed a gas line for us to a new stove and on the same visit fixed a small leak in our tub. The pricing was fair and the work well done! Yesterday there was water dripping from my ceiling from a different leak we had upstairs, I called and left a message as it was after hours. They made time for me the very next day and got it all fixed up! Very nice, professional guys and the person who does their scheduling is great as well! I highly recommend them and they are my go to for any plumbing needs I may have.
