8/10/20 - This is my second time using Cregger and again I am very satisfied. Carl and Scott immediately figured out what needed to be fixed and our AC was working again within 30 minutes of their arrival. They were professional, answered questions, and wore masks and shoe coverings. Highly recommend for anyone in need of AC repair.nnGeorge W was out today and allocated the proper amount of time to look at our system and educate me as a homeowner. Highly recommend this company.
Jeff S from Cregger has been doing preventative maintenance sewer line snaking once a year at our 1950’s home – this is the sixth year. Since we have been doing this, we have never had the need for an emergency call to deal with a back-up. Jeff is a gentleman – friendly and courteous. He works efficiently and cleans up when done. He very patiently explains what he is doing and answers all my questions. It is well worth having this done annually.
We’ve been using Cregger since we moved into our house almost 2 years ago now. After negative experiences with other companies we have found a forever plumbing, heating and cooling company with Cregger. Not only do the techs show up on time, but they text prior to arriving which is great for us because we have two dogs who get crazy with barking. We’ve been lucky enough to have the same tech, Cal for the last few visits and he is truly the best! Cal is very professional, knowledgeable, and gives a detailed explanation of what is needed. He is also friendly and solution focused. It’s nice seeing the same tech two years in a row. Great to see Cregger has some long term employees working there.nnNo one likes spending money on home repairs, but working with Cregger makes it less frustrating due to the great service. They are flexible with appointments and have fair prices as well. I wouldn’t say they’re the cheapest, but the prices are fair and you get what you pay for. The service stands out above the rest. It’s also great that they process payments digitally and send you a detailed receipt in email.
Kevin was very helpful. I asked a million questions since this is my first time owning a home with a steam boiler and Kevin answered all of my questions and helped me to understand what I have in the house. Also helped to patch up a few items and talked me through another repair where I'm waiting on a quote but expect to receive it shortly. Overall very impressed with the quality of service and willingness to answer questions...certainly felt like this was money well spent and will be a customer again in the future.
What a great company. They were very responsive via text. They came on short notice, gave a really fair price and came back free of charge to correct their original work. They installed a new sink in my bathroom and the water pressure began to just be a drizzle 3 days after the install. Everything is in great condition now.
