Nathan came to inspect my electrical system and replaced outdated smoke detectors and added CO2 detectors. He was super friendly and explained everything very carefully. He did his work quickly and efficiently! Would definitely recommend!! Chris came the same day to check my furnace and was equally friendly and extremely informative/ knowledgeable. Wesley cans to check the plumbing and found and fixed my issue in 5 minutes! And Howard came to take care of the financing of my new system. Highly impressed with this Hoover team and would absolutely recommend.
We had a great experience with Hoover Electric. They were prompt and gave us a fair price. The tech the sent out, Jared, was very helpful and answered all our questions. His work was great and he was very respectful in our home. We would definitely recommend Hoover.

After speaking to Lisa in the office on Tuesday, she said next available appointment was Friday. I explained my refrigerator was not working due to a bad outlet, Lisa put me on the emergency list and Donnie was out to do my repair within 2 hours. This was excellent customer service! Donnie was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he and his assistant were doing and work was completed in a timely manner. Donnie also gave me an estimate for a circuit breaker, which I am definitely considering. I have used this company several times previously and will continue to use them in the future. I would definitely give Hoover Electric more than 5 stars, if that were possible!
Josh and Mark are the dream team!!! Super professional, very knowledgable and trustworthy. They explained my issue and didn't charge or perform services that weren't necessary. I highly recommend!! When you have old pipes it's good to get a company that provides a resolution that is honest and fair.
