His rates are reasonable and he’s very honest with you about what your issues are and how to resolve them. We have used Greg Rose for all of our sewer cleaning for over 10 years and have never had any problem with him or his service. His pricing is very reasonable. Greg is honest and will not sugar coat the problem.

My experience with Greg Rose Sewer Cleaning was not a good one. I called him to snake the drain lines in an investment property I recently purchased. He arrived promptly, the same day I called, which is why I gave him 2 stars instead on 1. I informed him that there was a house trap, and showed him the main clean out. Ten minutes and one flailing cable later,He informed me I had a busted sewer line and a very expensive repair on my hands. Five minutes after that, he was all packed up, and gone. But, not before requesting a check for $75.00, justified by his time, and the cable he bent. I paid him because I’d rather not bicker over $75.00, but the bent cable is not my problem. The entire situation could have been avoided by having a second person and by working slower and more carefully. This bad review could have been avoided by not charging a customer a petty amount of $ for work that was not completed. There are plenty of companies out there who charge the same price as this guy. Do yourself a favor, and hire one of them instead.

Greg Rose is a great, seasoned plumber. He is local (Ferndale/Pleasant Ridge) and does great quick work. He calls you before he comes out so you aren't stuck at home all day. He is also VERY reasonable as compared to major plumbing companies that are expensive. Greg has snaked our 1923 house multiple times over the years. He has also helped us with plugged up toilets when our toddlers decided to flush toothbrushes and toys. He is always helpful and happy - and has a great demeanor all around. 5 stars all the way around.
