The Pose Experience is the first of its kind in the area and it is such a cool concept! I loved my time here and can’t wait to return. I love that this is a Black Woman owned business! The backdrops were so creative and there are a plethora to choose from. The customer service was excellent and I loved the fact that I watched the ladies sanitize the entire showroom after our party completed our time here. Will be returning and have referred several others to take advantage of their private sessions!
My niece planned her Birthday celebration and I think I enjoyed myself more than she. If you have not scheduled your visit, you need to do so quickly, you will NOT be disappointed. Thumbs up to the owners for such a creative idea.
I booked the Pose Experience for a Private Event! Where I was able to also bring in a photographer @GaryNorthImages. I did this private safe event during the Quarantine. We were greeted with kindness, our exchange to get the space for the private event was excellent we were able to make all the necessary accommodations online. The moment's that were captured will be forever remembered and I look forward to doing it again.
Everyone is talking about Detroit’s Premier Pop Up Selfie Museum! Great for hanging out with your girls or even going on a date with your boo. A ton of my friends have gone & we can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended!!
I like the idea that it's black owned and it's a cute spot. What my group did not like was the customer service and experience. The space is small and they had 2 groups booked for 1 time slot. The young woman there closed the door because she was cold, we preferred the door open due to another group that was there without masks on and also we stated it was very hot in there. The young woman also seemed annoyed from the beginning. I can tell that they don't disinfect after each session. After our session she continued to sit in the same spot, I was in the lot waiting for my phone to give me directions to my next location. Maybe my expectations were too high but I thought for $28 per person that would include one of those ring lights with a base to hold your phone. We had to wait for the other group in order to take pictures at the different backgrounds. Hopefully they will take this review as constructive criticism to do better instead of offensive. This space really has the potential.
