1st time ordering from this location. Food here was horrible. Chicken was cooked too hard, french fries too. They were very stingy on the lemon pepper. I didn't like or enjoy my lunch. I will not go back.
The quality of the food just wasn't sufficient today. The past couple of times we've visited, the food quality just wasn't sufficient. I couldn't even eat most of the chicken wings and fries I purchased during my most recent visit. I asked for extra crispy chicken and fries. The fries were mushy and greasy. The chicken could have been cooked longer and the seasoning was horrible. I've had much better from here in the past. My mom's fish was very mealy and undercooked. She asked for extra crispy as well. It's unfortunate because we really used to like this location but it looks like we won't be returning anytime soon.
The young ladies English was very bad. Approach to the customers or me was poor. I get an overall Fish House Fresh Fish House I give it 4 stars but this one one one star only. Please do not ask me for anymore surveys.
The food was delicious! Made fresh to order. That's what I'm talking about!! If you have a craving for fresh fish or seafood check this place out!
I ordered the Wednesday shrimp special with fried okra. Yummy yummy for the tummy tummy.
