This staff makes you feel very welcome! I was greeted by a friendly voice as soon as I walked in during lunch rush! These women were working their tails off! The food was great too!
They are the bomb they are so nice every time the guy in there fixed my sandwich perfectly like none other he needs a promotion :-)
The sub was good but it was not a step above I could not taste my extra grill onions and it was a little bit dry Greenfield store you need to take a lesson from your Southfield store I will be back to see you
Ordered club sub the mikey's way , I get to work its plain no sauce or bacon.. I'm done with this place.. dont waste your time..
Horrible service, extremely slow. I was the 3rd customer to enter the building. The two customers in front of me got their food and left. One of the male workers got into an argument with the female manager(I guess he was the one to work the grill). He walked off the job. The manager took my order, but I didn't realize she was also gonna be working the grill. She walked around talking, and didn't go to the grill until I asked one of the workers who is making my order. At this point there are 5 other customers, orders started backing up. Now there are at least 20 customers in the store as well delivery people. It took 30 minutes to get two sandwiches. 2 customers walked out without ordering. Another customer suggested to finish the incomplete sandwiches sitting on the counter before taking more orders. I will not visit this location again.
