Big spacious place. Don't have to be all crowded up. Help is courteous. Machines are good and majority are 99% up and running good. Clean environment.
Been a customer for a few years. I wouldn't recommend leaving your nice laundry bag or basket inside for the duration of your cycles. I had a bag taken from my cart with 6 loads drying. The staff was nice enough to give me a couple garbage bags, so it worked out. Now I take it to the car and bring it back when its time to fold. Other than that, I've never had a problem here. No matter who's working, they are always friendly and helpful. No they do not have free drying. Its .25 for every 7mins. Open 24/7 even holidays.
This could be a very good Coin O Matic for the neighborhood but it beginning to be like a dump always dirty never seen the floor clean, the employee are just Lazy there is no other way to put it, a man had 2 blankets sleeping at one of the tables shoes off like was at home, very ghetto people get accustomed to just washing clothes and they don't care how it looks but I do, I just believe employees should take pride in their Jobs and do it so well that you wanna tell people about the establishment sorry I can't recommend no one to fility.
The staff is helpful. And they really make sure us ladies are good!
Poor customer service I reported to the attendent about a machine that wasn't working and it took my quarters he got smart and told me it was a shift change and I should be of reported it to the previous attendent I told him I didn't see who was on shift he was the first one that I came in contact with then when I asked him about getting my change back he ignored me
