They will ruin your clothes. Took a swaet shirt to be dry cleaned. It was returned a lot smaller than it was when i gave it to them.nI could have shrunk it myself. No apologies or attempt to reimburse.

Took a mink headband & a full length suede coat to Cobo Cleaners on Livernois in Detroit, Mi prior to the Christmas Holiday for cleaning & a button repair on the coat. At the time of drop-off, it was specified that both items would be ready for pick up by mid Jan, however, by late Jan, only the headband was ready for pick up due to the button repair that was not fulfilled. Upon finally picking up my suede coat, I discovered that Cobo had sewed a black button on my chocolate brown coat instead of the button that I handed to the Clerk at the time of delivery - now I know why my coat was not ready when first promised. Despite all that, the cleaning was excellent & most likely because both items had to be sent out for specialized cleaning. Wish I could find out who their specialty cleaning contact was. ;o)

Mrs. Noami & Mr Edmond have been staple & a pillar of the community my entire life and the personal rapport service and care provided is impeccable (i.e) Mrs. Noami knows all of my mother’s children’s names, uncles and now my daughters name who’s now in college. Now three generations of my family have had the honor of knowing Mrs. Noami and there’s not another cleaners I would trust or use. No matter where I've lived which is currently MO, I bring my clothes with me for Mrs. Noami TLC.

I've been getting my clothes cleaned here for years, atleast 8 years and I've never had a problem with any of their services . I work construction and I'm always tearing up my Jean's and jackets and Ms. Naomi makes repairs for me no problem. I even get my bed comforters cleaned there they return them folded and packed in clear plastic zippered bags so that you can store them until you need them without them getting dusty. Mr. Edmond and Ms. Naomi are two of the nicest people you will ever meet.
