My dad, who passed away in 2018, used their services for more than 40yrs. I went by CAL for service and notified the owner he passed away. HE REMEMBERED MY DAD and we had a great conversation while he took care of me. THAT'S SERVICE EXCELLENCE before the service.
BEWARE OF THE CLEANERS AT LIVERNOIS!nI honestly believe that they didn't clean my clothes just pressed all of my pants. They didnt smell clean and when i wore a pair of my pants they had an odor of dirty clothes. I didnt call and complained about my order because they would have denied it, so why waste my time and energy. I am informing the good people of Detroit about this place and my personal experience.

I dropped a load off and picked it up 3 weeks later. Upon picking my items up, a $120 shirt had blue ink on it. This ink was not pointed out when I dropped the load off, which is usually what cleaners do if there's something major such as stains or broken buttons.... The owner began raising his voice when I asked for partial reimbursement of this shirt. When u asked why he was raising his voice, he preceded to step from behind the counter and angrily got in my face. Worse cleaners experience ever!!
