I took a blouse in to have a simple stain removed, and when I got it back the stain was still sort of visible AND there was another small stain that was not there when I brought it in. The pricing and turnaround time was good, but didn't make up for the poor quality.
The best cleaners hands down!!!!! I refuse to take our clothes anywhere else! The staff is friendly as well as efficient and I find the prices to be very reasonable! Thank you, Sullivan Cleaners for always taking good care of me and my husband's clothes! :-)
Five stars for the tailoring. I appreciate that they can work with all types of fabrics -- even leather. I took a leather vest there for some repair/adjustment, and the work was neat, and ready on time as promised. The price was half what I was quoted by a tailor in Ann Arbor. I have already recommended Sullivan Cleaners to several friends.
I've brought suits, cashmere sweaters, pants, leather, and shirts here. They always do an excellent job and the price is reasonable.
