The tech was on time and professional. There was a text sent ahead of time with his picture so we knew who to expect. The reason for my 3 star rating is their pricing. I supplied my own water heater and even brought it to the basement for install. I was charge $832 to install the water heater. This did not include disposal of the old heater. When I made the appointment I asked for the base install price but they would not give me one, stating the tech had to quote it. I was in a hurry to get my water back so I went about and paid up, won't happen again.

Marcus was great, gave us a quick diagnosis on our water heater then took the time to go over several other issues and questions we had about our new home. The whole process of setting up the appointment, the updates as the tech was arriving, and the quick turnaround on the estimate (mere minutes!) was very professional and customer friendly. The only issue was the link to leave a review didn't work, so I had to come here to leave one.

Carter’s Plumbing was a great choice for a Sewer Scope Inspection we needed for our home. Marcus and Columbus did an amazing job explaining what they were looking for and showed us what they saw on the camera. They were very clear in stating what they saw and provided a lot of good information on next steps, any issues they saw, and next steps needed remedy them. I would highly recommend going through Carters for any plumbing needs!

Victor was very professional and helpful, he arrived on time and spent time in diagnosing all the issues and was able to install the new faucet in laundry tub.nnIt was slightly more expansive than I expected, but work was professionally done, and they were able to come pretty quickly.nnI would recommend Carter plumbing

I highly recommend! Great people from the person answering my call on a Friday night to our technician.nI love that we were sent the technician's details via text which included a picture. Our technician Columbus was outstanding. Personable and professional. Seriously who is happy to be working late on a Friday???!!! Well our technician was...or seemed to be. :-) Thank you Carter's Plumbing. Thank you Columbus.nnGreat on the pocket book too!
