Our church has used Pine Knob cleaners yearly to clean our Greek Dance costumes. Each costume consists of 5 pieces each and there are 22 costumes. Each time the costumes have been returned in excellent condition with no damage or missing pieces. They also provide a special process which removes sweat stains and odor so that the costumes are in nearly new condition. I also use Pine Knob to clean my priest vestments which are very delicate with a large amount of embroidery and each time they are returned in excellent condition. On the rare occasion there has been a lost button or clip, they have always repaired the vestment at no charge. I also have had them perform alterations and repairs and I have been very pleased with the results and the cost of the service. I have to agree with the last review. I stopped at their location on Dixie Hwy and M-15 to get a pair of drapes cleaned. The man wanted to see them to give me a price, so I went to my car and brought my neatly folded curtains in. He proceeded to unfold the first panel, threw it on the floor and told me $40.00. Now this is for two panels. He saw the 25% off coupon in my hand from another cleaner and said I can give you 10% off. It will be $36.00. I told him NO Thank you.nHe threw my curtain panel on the counter and stood there. The floor was filthy so now I am standing there trying to refold my curtain. I am disabled, and I worked for 30 years. I would never treat anyone so rude. I wouldn't let this place clean the bottom of my shoes. Imagine how they treat your clothes when you're not standing there. Not to mention their prices. They must be high from the fumes. Their rude and unprofessional. This place should be closed.

The reviews posted must be by the cleaners owners because this was the worst dry cleaning experience I ever had. The lady at the counter is rude and did not get my dress clean and said it was as clean as it's going to get! and refused me a refund. then started speaking her language to another lady behind the counter and laughing I have never been so insulted save your dignity and money do not go to PINE KNOB CLEANERS.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Dropped off expensive bed-skirt. confirmed at time nothing wrong with item. When went to pick up it wasn’t ready, had to go back. When went back, skirt was wrinkled & didn’t look pressed. When checked, a button on pleat was missing, another hung by thread almost off. Additionally, a light brown stain not there before showed. When asked about it, they got defensive & accused me of dropped skirt off that way, insisted it wasn't their fault & accused me of trying to get away with something!! They then spoke to me in jibberish that I didn’t understand I was so upset. I can't replace custom buttons on this skirt! She then started laughing with the other workers and making faces at me, I was appalled and couldn't believe it!! No customer service! No accountability! I didn’t want to pay for a damaged item but, she grabbed skirt and ran to the back of the room like child and wouldn’t bring it back. NEVER, EVER GOING BACK!! My skirt is ruined & I've never been treated that way in my life! MORTIFIED!
