I've never had an issue getting things fixed and I have been here almost 2 years now. They also stay out of your business so unless you call they leave you alone. As far as the stuff on the back porches we are allowed to use the area as we see fit.

It's very reasonable price. However they do slack on repairs.

We have been renting here since October and we really love it so far. We haven't had a single problem and everyone's pretty nice and friendly. Why aren't there any reviews besides this one?! They're great :)

Only great thing about this place is, it is located in the country, and there is a beautiful lake in the background.nThe apartments themselves are a wreck on the outside and the neighborhood is filled with junk everywhere and not a single window shade is intact. Some apartments have broken windows and the place looks very shady. ud83cudf21ud83dudc89ud83dudc8aud83dudeacnI wouldn't suggest looking at these apartments unless your dead out of luck and no where else to go. But keep your stuff in a storage unit in town, because it wouldn't be safe here. The Homes nearby are beautiful but the apartments are disgusting.
