I contacted Y&G Plumbing And Rodding and Jess on the phone was very friendly and accommodating. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. Got a detailed inspection and the pricing/quotes were very affordable and reasonable. Am definitely going to refer this company to all my family and friends. Best plumbing company I've ever used.
Service was awesome! The tech was able to diagnose and fix our stinky sump pump problem right away. We had called in 2 other plumbers who were not able to fix the cause. He was scheduled to start in the morning, called letting us know he was on his way and showed up exactly when scheduled. WONDERFUL service, thanks.
We had a leak in our major water pipe. Tony was able to stop by within few hours after I called the company. He patiently explained to me my options. He and his team came the next day and fixed the problem while it was raining. The work they did was extremely professional. They cleaned up the area after they finished the job. I would highly recommend Y&G Plumbing And Rodding.
I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with Y&G Plumbing And Rodding deserves one. I'm a Realtor that needed to replace a water heater at a property I'm selling. I was referred to them by another plumber. I spoke and dealt with Tony, a manager. He quoted a price over the phone based on photos I sent him, the price was honored without attempts to upsell, install was done on time when promised, and the entire process I handled over the phone went smoothly without a hiccup. My experience with Y&G Plumbing And Rodding was exceptional! I have dealt with many contractors over the years and they exceeded my expectations on the two visits to my home. I don’t write many reviews but have to give a shout out when due. Tech should be commended for their professionalism and skill. I won’t use another plumber from now on.
