Nelson Brothers did good work when i hired them a few months ago, but the technician made me verify payment by tapping the screen on a tablet --which was covered with fingerprints--at several places. This was a change, as earlier this summer, the technician just asked for verbal verification. Hopefully by now they have reverted back to verbal verifications and will maintain that for at least the duration of the pandemic.

We contacted Nelson Bros to look at a shower that wasn't getting as hot as it previously had. We were told a part needed to be replaced. They ordered the wrong part, and then somehow made it so only cold water comes out of the shower. Almost 2 months later, we still have an unusable shower and they have not been able to get the correct part in. I would not recommend and will not be using again. Very unprofessional.

My company recently hired Nelson Brothers to install a city water connection at a residential rental property and they did a first class job! Doug did all of the work and was professional, skilled, on-time and did a top quality job. He understood the urgency and was very responsive! He also installed a sewer connection at one of my other homes last year with the same care and excellent results. These are major projects and require someone with top skills, experience and equipment. We will certainly be using Nelson Brothers again for any needs arising in the future! Thank You!

We Inherited a ugly sewer problem when I purchased a new property. Nelson Bros helped me sort out my issue and get it corrected without too much hassle or mess. They ended up replacing two sewer lines under my house and got me flowing properly again. Thanks Again Nelson Bros!

This company was recommended to me so I figured I would try them out. Our bathroom sink needed new piping. The first time they came over, they were here for no more than 10 minutes- said they needed special pipes and didn’t have them on hand (not to mention they were also 35 minutes late, said they’d be here 1-5 and came around 5:30). So they rescheduled to come back five days later. Second run around, they’re a no call, no-show. They said they would come between 1-5 PM. It’s now 5:45 and I’m calling to see where they are and over the phone, the company is closed. Would’ve loved to write a good review if I was actually able to work with you guys. However, I don’t love wasting my time.nnUpdate: we called the next day and was told there was a miscommunication with scheduling (said we were the 4th folks to call with a similar situation). They had sent someone out that same day around 4:00. I’ve changed the rating to 4 stars. Not the most ideal experience, but they were efficient and tried to help fix the problem once we voiced our concern. Thank you.
